As the Site Reliability Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing an experienced team, managing, developing, and implementing operations, systems, and infrastructure.
For this role you will need
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least ten years of related experience with a minimum of five years in a leadership role within a high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated experience scaling infrastructure during significant growth phases.
Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A strategic thinker who can dive deep into technical details when necessary.
Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with storage technologies and solutions, including storage management and optimization techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with virtualization technologies, understanding of networking principles, and relevant certifications are preferred but not required.

What you will do
Lead, mentor, and support the site reliability team in daily activities and long-term skill development.
Build robust and highly scalable systems that support our growth.
Serve as the point of contact for evaluating new ideas, reviewing innovation proposals, and ensuring they align with strategic goals, business value, and architectural standards.
Promote innovation and automation within teams, making project priorities and participation decisions.
Lead the advancement of modern automation and observability functions across all areas.
Collaborate with customers and support teams to ensure our infrastructure and deployment practices enhance end-user experience and satisfaction.
Complete other tasks as necessary to contribute to the progress of the company.
