Senior Industrial Security Expert Functional Safety & Digital Security · Espoo · Hybrid Remote

We are looking for new Senior Industrial Security Experts to join our experienced consultant team in Finland to help businesses and organizations secure their OT systems and networks.

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our customers from various industrial sectors. You play a critical role in assisting clients in developing and implementing security strategies tailored to their specific needs. Your work will include threat modeling, risk assessments, implementing security controls, and guiding clients through the complexities of cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Relevant education such as a BSc degree, preferably in computer science, cyber security, or automation.
• 3+ years of working experience in industrial organizations in the cybersecurity domain.
• Fundamental knowledge of:
• Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443
• Secure Product Development
• Embedded/IoT security:
• Security controls
• Communication protocols
• Security documentation
• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessment

Work experience/knowledge of the following is seen as a benefit:

• Other relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, NIST SP 800-53
• Typical IACS components
• SCADA concept
• Defence-in-Depth concept
• Security development lifecycle practices
• Programming

Relevant security certifications are welcomed but not compulsory. Examples of acronyms include CISSP, CEH, SSCP, GICSP, GRID, IEC 62443.

We use English as the working language with most of our customers; thus, fluent English is required. Finnish is seen as an asset.
