We have operations in the Nordics, Benelux, DACH, and South-East Asia, employing our staff of 250+ employees, generating annual revenue of 30+M€. We serve a customer base across the globe via our virtual platform.

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Helsinki and play a key role in driving the evolution of our platform.

Your role:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll build, maintain, and enhance our platforms, working with a variety of technologies. You’ll contribute at every stage of the development lifecycle – from design to deployment – while improving both new and existing features. In this role, you’ll:

• Take part in technical design discussions
• Write clean, functional code for both front-end and back-end development
• Ensure system consistency and create exceptional user experiences
• Write reusable, maintainable code that aligns with best practices
• Collaborate closely with the development team to elevate our technical standards
• Impact the stability, performance, and usability of our products for customers and internal users alike

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience with both front-end and back-end development
• Hands-on expertise with server-side technologies such as PHP or Node.js, and the ability to learn new tools and languages quickly
• Solid experience with APIs, GraphQL
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud platforms and Services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, API Gateway, Route53…)
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and front-end languages/libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Docker, AWS CI/CD pipelines)
• A good eye for layout aesthetics and design
• Analytical mindset with excellent time management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for automation and finding efficiencies—aiming to automate tasks wherever possible
• A team-oriented mindset, eager to share knowledge and collaborate with others

About Our Software Development Team: We currently have 25 members. Our designers and many of our developers and testers are from our outsourced partners from different locations of the world. Though efficient, our growing business demands increased delivery capacity. We follow the Scrum framework to organize our work and aim for "delivery of values" and "continuous improvement" as a team.
