SAP IBP Solution Architect

To complement our team in Finland, we are looking for an SAPIBP Solution Architect.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions
• Design and architect IBP solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Lead customer workshops to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and guide design and configuration
• Manage end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering to go-live
• Integrate IBP with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring best practices

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP IBP, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation
• Completed 4+ full life-cycle implementations of SAP IBP
• Experience with OBP (Order-Based Planning) implementation is a plus
• Passion for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and related end-to-end processes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA & ECC, APO experience is well valued
• Extensive knowledge of integration methods, including SAP CI-DS, SDI, RTI, and API-based integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English (other languages are an advantage)
• Good team player with very good logical and reasoning skills, who enjoys working in a global environment and is committed to high-quality project delivery
• Willingness to travel if the job requires it
