Your responsibilities:

You will serve, develop, and grow sales to an existing portfolio of professional customers and salon owners. You do this by being in frequent contact with them, mainly communicating by phone and social media, but also from time to time planning sales tours, where you visit the largest customers.

You will grow your customer portfolio by searching for and developing relationships with new prospects, and convincing them to switch to our brands through an analytical, consulting approach.

Your success will be measured by your ability to understand customer needs and convert these needs into growing revenue and successful business relationships with very satisfied customers.

Your background:

You like to be with others, you are extroverted, and love a good discussion. When you get passionate about something, it’s important for you to understand the details, and it's difficult for you to stop telling about it. Your friends see you as a hungry, energetic self-starter with an always positive attitude, but also as a good, analytical listener they can trust. When playing games or doing sports, you are ambitious and hate to lose.

You probably already have worked with sales and feel great in situations where you have to approach, contact, and serve people you don't know. In addition, you have a deep interest in beauty and are eager to learn more and develop as a professional beauty business advisor. If you already have a background in sales and professional beauty, it's a perfect match.

You are used to working with a computer on a daily basis and are a frequent poster on social media. You are okay with speaking and understanding English, as this is our corporate language.

You will be working in a local, fast-paced, and very supportive team, where you will have a significant impact on your own development. You will continuously learn new skills, both commercially and technically.

You will also be part of a well-established international environment with the newest sales & marketing systems, solid processes, a healthy financial structure, and a very flat hierarchy, where we share all information and you can always request value-adding explanations to your questions.
