The Sales Representative Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives consistent profit targets. The Sales Representative Manager is the primary communication link between customer and Hexlet.

Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 1-2 years in a Sales b2c role in the EdTech market.

This is a full-time position in a motivating, supportive and fast-paced environment. Our company is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. We consider only candidates with fluent English (communication is mostly verbal) and good Russian and preferably who live close to the time zone UTC-4 or who are ready to work in it.

Responsibilities:

Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead

Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service

Increase sales skills and experience through attending daily team meetings and training led by leaders with a proven track record

Work with CRM for making reports

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Required:

2 + years of proven work experience in a Sales/Account role.

Experience with phone sales, B2C

Ability to clearly communicate and articulate in face to face customer interaction

Resilience, able to take feedback in stride

Excitement and enthusiasm for the EdTech industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to explain complex issues in simple terms to different users.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to think quickly by assessing situations while juggling multiple priorities.

High attention to detail, self-discipline.
