Product Director, Fintech

We are looking for a Director of Product to join our Fintech Group. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the teams that ensure fast, reliable, and accessible financial solutions within and beyond the Wolt platform, enabling seamless access for all users. These teams focus on ensuring smooth and automated money flows for our customers, merchants, and courier partners, as well as delivering financial products to them.

The Fintech Group at Wolt is composed of 8 specialized teams, distributed across 3 subgroups, each developing a variety of products to support the entire lifecycle of our financial operations. These teams ensure the accurate distribution of funds to merchants and couriers, manage payments processing, and contribute to Wolt’s global expansion by securing essential payment licenses in new markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

As Director of Product for Fintech, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Wolt’s financial services. Working closely with local teams, you will develop a deep understanding of each market's unique financial environment and foster collaborative relationships with financial service providers to ensure smooth integration and alignment within Wolt’s product ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include setting a clear roadmap for fintech, defining a vision, and overseeing key product initiatives from inception to delivery. By collaborating with business, operations, and compliance teams, you will ensure that our financial solutions meet user needs, remain scalable, and comply with regulatory standards across all regions.
