Job description

- BSc, work experience > 2-3 years and suitable additional education - or MSc

Accountabilities:

1. Ensure efficient design methods and tools
2. Manage variations from time schedule for the given task/scope
3. Efficiency of engineering
4. Ensure cost efficient end product
5. Right quality and functionality of designed processes
6. Fulfilment of stated requirements

Responsibilities and Tasks Main responsibilities:

1. Harmonisation of design with other disciplines whenever necessary
2. Inter and cross-discipline co-operation of engineering
3. Ensure efficient design work with given tools
4. Take responsibility for solving technical issues within own area
5. Ensure re-use of existing solutions where applicable
6. Ensure quality of own design
7. Ensure fulfilment of directives, instructions and best practices
8. Perform Process design within given projects.
9. Prepare Process documents within given projects.

Development responsibilities:

1. To develop the way of working according to the Quality Management System and way of working guidelines.
2. To develop competencies and way of working especially regarding design tools and methods
