Do you want to work as a Partner Success Manager in an entrepreneurial intellectual and international environment? EasyPark is a rapidly growing technology company whose mission is to make cities more comfortable places to live. In this role, you are part of the Partner Success team, which keeps in touch with our partners, identifies their needs and guides development projects.

Role - What you would do

The partner success team promotes the EasyPark vision by communicating with our partners, identifying their needs and promoting development projects. You will be responsible for the seamless deployment of the EasyPark system by configuring, maintaining and supporting our partners through quality assurance and testing. At the same time, you work on continuous improvement by cooperating closely with EasyPark's various stakeholders, such as development and product support.

With daily operational contact, you build solid relationships with our new and existing partners. You are the first point of contact when something is not working, but also when it is working successfully. In addition, you ensure the quality of the data in the CRM system and the distribution of marketing material.

Are you the expert we are looking for?

We do not believe that one can have all the qualities, but a successful candidate may have the following:

  1. You have previous experience in the success of business customers, preferably in a SaaS company where you have collaborated between different departments.
  2. You have good analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns and you enjoy helping customers.
  3. You have good planning and self-management skills and are comfortable working with digital products.
  4. We value proven participation in project management, you have a positive attitude towards change and your verbal and written communication skills are excellent.
  5. You thrive in a dynamic and flexible work environment with many opportunities to connect, communicate and collaborate among international teams and individuals.
  6. You speak Finnish and English fluently, while knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.
  7. You like challenges, embracing new things, and your curious attitude makes you move out of your comfort zone. You also know how to have fun with your colleagues!

The position is located in EasyPark's Helsinki office.
