Main Responsibilities

Responsible for constructing the system security competitiveness of Huawei consumer products like smart phone, laptop, automotive and so on.

Requirements

1. Language Proficiency Requirements: English
2. Education Requirements: PhD or master in computer science with at least 6 years of experience in the field of mobile system security.
3. Skill Requirements:
1. Familiar with at least one of iOS, Android, Linux, Windows or other mainstream operating systems, able to understand and abstract the security architecture, security model and all kinds of security mechanisms of them.
2. Have unique research and insights in one or more of the following areas: chip security, operating system kernel security, isolation mechanisms, access control models, permission mechanisms, memory protection techniques, code integrity protection, encryption/trusted services.
4. Capability Requirements:
1. Have unique research and insights in one or more of the following areas: chip security, operating system kernel security, isolation mechanisms, access control models, permission mechanisms, memory protection techniques, code integrity protection, encryption/trusted services.
2. Have at least one of the following successful experiences: Successfully lead the security architecture, design or development of major chips, operating systems or consumer products.
5. Knowledge Requirements:
1. Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Assembly/C/C++/Rust, proficient in ArmV7/8/9 architecture, familiar with its virtual memory architecture, instruction set, registers and other relevant SOC hardware knowledge.
2. Familiar with threat modeling and attack surface analysis; familiar with the causes of various vulnerabilities, especially memory-based vulnerabilities; familiar with exploitation approaches of various vulnerabilities and the state-of-the-art mitigation technologies.
