About the role

Are you a creative, results-driven marketer ready to dive into an impactful role? As part of a dynamic marketing team, you’ll work closely with the CMO to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and build a powerful lead pipeline across Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. Your work will directly influence QPR’s growth as a leader in process mining, especially with our groundbreaking native solution on the Snowflake Data Cloud.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Create captivating content across various platforms to amplify QPR’s brand and drive meaningful engagement.
2. Lead and grow our social media presence, ensuring we stay at the forefront of conversations in the industry.
3. Own website updates and content creation using HubSpot, keeping our messaging fresh and aligned with business goals.
4. Harness HubSpot’s full potential for marketing automation, lead generation, and CRM to create seamless campaigns.
5. Plan and execute high-impact events and webinars that showcase QPR’s innovations.
6. Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that span from idea to execution.
7. Support communications initiatives, contributing to our ongoing efforts to strengthen the QPR brand.

What You’ll Bring:

1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operational marketing roles with proven results.
3. A storyteller with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
4. Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills—your work will be seen by many!
5. A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
6. Experience with digital marketing and tools like HubSpot is a big plus.
7. Fluent in English and Finnish (both written and spoken).
