Would you like to join SEB Kort’s Nordic legal team? We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Helsinki.
SEB Kort Bank AB is a fully owned subsidiary of SEB. We offer credit cards and other payment solutions and services to both businesses and consumers. SEB Kort’s legal team consists of nine lawyers of which six are located in Stockholm. SEB Kort’s lawyers work in close cooperation with the business providing legal guidance to the operations in Sweden and our branches in Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
About the role
As a Legal Counsel you will be responsible for a wide range of activities and tasks as well as providing day-to-day legal advice to the business. You will also lead contract negotiations with clients, partners and suppliers and be part of Nordic projects and product development processes. The legal team is daily involved in questions concerning outsourcing, GDPR, PSD2, consumer protection, consumer credits, insurance, and marketing regulation.
