Position Overview:

As a Lead Cloud Developer, you will serve as a technology visionary within our organization. You will lead by example, guiding your team to innovate and explore new possibilities in cloud architecture. Your focus will be on creating and implementing forward-thinking solutions that position Basware as a leader in the SaaS space.

Your Mission:

• Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a strategic vision for cloud technology that aligns with our long-term goals and market demands.
• Innovative Solutions: Architect and champion next-generation cloud solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring a team of cloud developers to embrace innovation and excellence in their work.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate client needs and shape project scopes, ensuring our solutions are future-ready.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into our strategic vision.
• Influence Decision-Making: Provide insights that guide executive leadership in making informed decisions about technology investments and development directions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud development, preferably with AWS, and proficiency in highly scalable serverless microservices and modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and TypeScript, along with experience in at least one SPA UI framework, such as Angular.
• A proven track record of converting legacy rule-based solutions into innovative approaches utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning in collaboration with a data science team.
