Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive people person to join us as an Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be solely responsible for creating integrations between Sniffie and various ecosystems and datasources. Your responsibility is helping our customers to streamline their pricing data management and get them efficiently started with Sniffie. You will work closely with all team members to ensure cross-functional visibility and timelines to secure customer happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage integration projects: Manage and coordinate the integration project as a whole from architectural plans to technical details, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales team, developers and customer success team.
3. API and system integration: Oversee the integration of APIs, the technical and commercial documentation of the integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between the selected systems, with a focus on performance and data accuracy.
4. Ready-made E-commerce integrations and data sources: You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining ready-made integrations with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Woocommerce and others, ensuring a seamless connection for our clients.
5. Troubleshoot & resolve issues: Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and minimize disruptions to workflows and project timelines.
6. Testing: Build testing processes, run tests and train the team to test integrations.
7. Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain high standards for data quality, ensuring that all solutions adhere to Sniffie's architectural and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years in technical project management, integration, or a related role, preferably in a consulting environment.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong experience with OpenAPI (v3.0 or later)
2. Familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript, with the ability to review and comprehend code
3. Solid understanding of technical architecture and integration patterns
4. Familiarity with Python, SQL and AWS is a plus.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, particularly in managing data accuracy and quality.
7. Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to overcoming project challenges.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Experience working with client data mapping for integrations
2. Familiarity with system administration and data mapping tools
3. Good or basic Finnish skills

Location:

Helsinki. Hybrid with a minimum of three office days per week.
