Job description

As our Head of PMO, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Wolt finance organization. You’ll oversee the PMO function and act as the orchestrator of our finance initiatives. Will be the strategic partner for Wolt Finance Leaders, and work closely with DoorDash. This role is ideal for someone with resilience who can navigate challenging conversations while driving meaningful change. You must be a fantastic communicator, engaging the entire organization and ensuring alignment.

What you’ll be doing / Key responsibilities

• Portfolio Management Oversight: Lead and manage the PMO, ensuring that our finance and cross-functional projects run smoothly and stay on track.

• Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure the success of Wolt Finance initiatives and foster accountability

• Strategic Orchestration: Act as the central hub for the finance organization, aligning projects with our business and finance goals and promoting collaboration across teams.

• Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with both the Finance and DoorDash leadership teams to facilitate impactful decision-making and create structure within the finance organization.

• Change Management: Drive engagement and transformation within finance, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Inspiring Leadership: Motivate the team to embrace change and tackle challenges head-on with a positive attitude.
