About the team
The Job Ad Supply team is responsible for developing the data models and ad insertion flow for job ads to ensure that we collect relevant and appropriately-structured data to ensure efficient matching between recruiters and job seekers. Our mission is to become the customer’s AI-based recruitment assistant to help our customers to publish ads faster and publish the ads with as much relevant data as possible. We thrive on collaboration, with each team member encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge assumptions, creating an environment where we continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible.
About the role:
As part of our distributed team with team members across the Nordics, you’ll work with exciting projects and day-to-day tasks. We are now working on a new job ad insertion by moving from legacy code to a more flexible system. This shift lets us experiment with tools like AI to make job posting easier and more effective, helping us stay adaptable as the way people find jobs continues to evolve. Within the team, we adhere to radical focus principles and foster a highly engaged environment. Working as a team is important to us, so we want someone who strives to support the team in reaching common goals, as well as being confident enough to work out bugs and solve problems on their own.
