You’ll have a significant role being part of an independent and agile business team. As a developer you’ll have a say in what we’re building, not just doing what you’re told. We prefer people who can plan their own task list based on the goals we set together in the team. We are looking for someone that never stops learning and wants to take responsibility for the needed decisions and the code that gets written. Someone who’s also interested in how to impact the behavior of our users by developing the services and specific features.

What we look for:

Vision: We expect you to be able to take responsibility in the roadmap of our services and stack, especially from the technological perspective. As part of the team you’ll be in the core of decision-making regarding what we build.

Initiative: We need you to independently plan your part on how to execute the feature plan we create together as a team. Not forgetting the actual execution part, for which we set priorities together.

Language skills: Our services are in Finnish so understanding it is an asset. Working with colleagues and our partners is easily done in English.
