About the Job

We offer a unique opportunity for you to join us as a Finance Specialist—a role designed to accelerate your growth and expand your expertise. In this position, you’ll become an integral part of our finance team, supporting essential functions such as accounting, reporting, forecasting, invoicing, vendor and customer data management, treasury, and purchase invoice processing. You will also handle HR and administrative tasks, adding variety and breadth to your role.

If you have some experience in these areas and are looking for an exciting new challenge, this could be the perfect fit for you! This is a full-time, fixed-term role (1 year) based in our Espoo, Finland office, offering a flexible hybrid work model.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and annual financial closings
  • Contribute to financial reporting
  • Assist in P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasting
  • Maintain vendor and customer data
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Handle collections and customer communications
  • Ensure compliance with QPR Software’s internal financial policies and external regulations
  • Develop processes and tools to meet business needs
  • Provide ad hoc reports and handle requests
  • Perform operational HR-related tasks and general administrative responsibilities

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting, with a solid grasp of financial and management accounting principles
  • Relevant work experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Fluent English and Finnish skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines, with a flexible approach to work
  • Proactive, “Can-Do” attitude with a drive to learn and excel
