We are looking for an F2F Coordinator for a temporary employment relationship. The job starts as soon as we have found the right person for the role. The employment contract will last until August 2025.
At UNICEF Finland, the task of the F2F team is to recruit new monthly donors. The team has an important fundraising task and the team's employees play a very important and visible role in the creation of the customer experience. The recruitment of new monthly donors for the F2F team is achieved mainly through Door-to-Door canvassing at members of the public's homes and at various events, such as fairs, shopping centers and through direct face-to-face contact with customers. The F2F team is multicultural, and the main working language of the team is English, but the main working language of UNICEF Finland is Finnish.
We are now looking for a competent substitute coordinator who will continue to sustainably grow the monthly donor base with the help of their own excellent sales & customer experience skills and support our team of motivated fundraisers. A big part of the daily work is to contact shopping centers to obtain fundraising promotion sites. The coordinator will coordinate door-to-door fundraising locations with remote fundraising teams. The coordinator co-operates with our marketing and communication team and planning of promotion stands is part of the work.
The ideal coordinator has strong experience in direct contact with customers and a good understanding of Finnish work culture. They have proven experience in customer experience sales management and achieving goals. The coordinator we are looking for has proven results and has been able to support & inspire team members to good performance in the past.
