Employee Relations Manager - Nordics, PXT Corporate Employee Relations

The EMEA ER team is seeking a customer-obsessed Employee Relations Manager to lead Labor Relations in the Nordic countries. This role offers the opportunity to work in any of our offices in Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Stockholm.

As an Employee Relations Manager, you'll play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations across the region. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and mitigate risks.
Additionally, you'll contribute to the growth and expansion of our operations in the Nordics by leveraging your employee representative bodies and labour relations experience.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, design, and revise people programs, policies, and practices to promote positive employee relations.
  2. Advise on employee-related decisions and strategies during new country expansions.
  3. Develop and deliver training to build ELR knowledge for managers and HR colleagues.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal counsel, on establishment and third-party interactions.
  5. Assess employee engagement levels and support initiatives to achieve engagement targets.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations roles.
  3. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the Nordic countries.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in at least one Nordic language.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
  3. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  4. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
