About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Design & Implementation Manager to join our FIN02 DC in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you will oversee the design, planning, and execution of infrastructure projects within our data centers, ensuring they meet company standards for performance, scalability, and availability. You will also manage customer requests and communication, ensuring all projects align with customer needs and are delivered with exceptional service and support.
You'll build and lead your own team of maintenance technicians while collaborating with sales, technical engineers, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer implementations and handoffs. You will manage data center capacity, budget management, and procurement, all while driving continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
