About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Hunter who is brave, proactive, and ready to take charge of the entire sales cycle from start to finish. As a Business Development Manager, you will manage and grow key accounts while building on our strong TASKI market presence in Finland. This is an individual contributor role that focuses on driving revenue generation through new business opportunities and exceptional service delivery.

In this exciting remote position, you’ll travel up to 80% of the time, engaging directly with clients and leveraging our established TASKI brand to expand market share. You will be responsible for demonstrating, promoting, and selling TASKI floorcare machines and all consumables (spares, services and chemicals) associated with floor care machines.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic market research and networking.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value of our TASKI solutions.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that align with our high service standards and revenue goals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and continuously seek ways to optimize results.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • A true Sales Hunter with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving new business.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (AMK-level), or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of proven success in sales, account management, or customer service, specifically in B2B.
  • Fluency in Finnish language (written & spoken) + a proficiency in English language
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in managing a full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet clients and grow the business, using a valid Finnish Driving Licence.
