We are looking for a backend developer to join us at Vello as we take our next big leap in empowering healthcare and well-being professionals with cutting-edge digital tools.

The team

Our mission is to enhance patient experiences, simplify management, streamline scheduling and payment services, and ensure secure patient record management. Technologies

At Vello you get to play with fully RESTful Node.js backend running on AWS with DynamoDB and SQL databases including many third party API connected services such as Stripe. We use a fully automated CI/CD workflow. The bits of the front-end include Backbone, Vue 2 and 3 with Nuxt.

Your experience

You're the one we're looking for if you have experience building web applications, integrations, or sites for real-life projects. You should be proficient in at least one of the mentioned backend technologies and eager to learn others as needed. We expect you to be proactive, willing to study and experiment with the system independently, suggest your ideas, and take responsibility for your work. You'll have the opportunity to build new features from scratch, bring them to life, and improve existing ones. You'll also be involved in the design process and contribute to finding the best solutions.

We expect that you have at least 2 years of development experience with real-life projects.
