Are you passionate about solution sales and want to join us on our exciting journey?

Hallgruppen is an international company in strong growth, and we are now looking for talented salespeople to join the Hallgruppen Oy team. Are you independent, passionate about sales and enjoy building good customer relationships? We are looking for an experienced and dedicated salesperson in Finland with a background from our industry.

Your primary responsibilities at Hallgruppen will be promoting the company, cultivating relationships with existing and potential customers, exploring untapped markets – and selling buildings. You will follow up on customers in our portfolio and identify new potential customers and markets. Our customers are both large and small, and their needs are very different. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs and finding the optimal solution.

Hallgruppen Oy started its operations in Finland in the winter of 2022-2023. Our warehouse and base are located in Ostrobothnia and we are now looking for reinforcement mainly in the southern parts of the country, but if you feel that you are the right person to be part of Hallgruppen’s growth, you can be located anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities
  • Sales of structures, buildings, and storage solutions
  • Initiating contact and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Expansion of the customer portfolio
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations
  • Co-operation with other departments in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Inspections during the preparation of quotations, at the start of projects and at their completion
  • Contributing to the development of our products and solutions
  • Participation in fairs and exhibitions
  • Some travelling for fairs, customer visits and project monitoring
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales in the B2B market
  • Experience in a sales role from the structures, temporary buildings and shelters industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft Office and overall solid IT skills
  • Progressive and ambitious salesman who recognises opportunities and provides solutions
  • Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye on market trends
  • Goal-driven and result-oriented
  • Works well independently and in groups
