As CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping our current and future CRM solutions, used by more than 50k users globally. Your extensive knowledge of how CRM solutions are deployed in the pharmaceutical industry and your ability to find the right balance between out-of-the-box / global standardization and custom development / country-specific configurations will be key in this role.
About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Using your extensive knowledge of CRM applications, Salesforce Platform, and Veeva CRM suite to define both high-level architecture and detailed solution design.
- Coaching and guiding technical design experts and developers, acting as the main technical contact for CRM solutions.
- Designing and implementing processes to build harmonized global (core) solutions for deployment in multiple Salesforce environments, defining core application rules and best practices, and resolving conflicts between core solutions and local deployments.
- Staying open-minded and curious about new technologies and trends, ensuring the company derives value from current and new solutions/technologies considered for adoption.
- Liaising with partners (software vendors, system integrators, service providers) for the continuous evolution of solutions, bringing both continuous and disruptive innovations.
- Evaluating data integration patterns and recommending suitable solutions for each case.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Veeva-based solutions in multi-country/multi-org environments.
- Hands-on experience as the primary solution architect for CRM implementations.
- Extensive experience with:
- GDO / CORE models for CRM applications
- Salesforce metadata API or SFDX deployments, Salesforce metadata packaging, troubleshooting deployments
- Configuring and customizing Veeva CRM software in Salesforce environments
- Veeva CRM data model and various modules such as MCCP, DCRs, Product Metrics, Consent Management, Approved E-mail, Event Management, etc.
- Understanding of other Veeva solutions like Vault (Promomats / Medcomms) and Align.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.
- Ability to work independently, proactively identify challenges, and take accountability.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
