Job Description
We are looking for a specialist that will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage client documents and follow up with clients as needed.
- Assist with obtaining legal and tax documents.
- Assist with preparing applications, authorizations, etc.
- Electronically collect and compile completed applications packages.
- Electronically file tax forms before Spanish tax authorities.
- Assist Operations team with generating reports.
- Track and report on client information using online tools and manage lists of clients requiring services.
- Prepare and draft supporting documents for application packages (letters, application forms, etc).
- Ensure all client correspondence, documents, and relevant data fields are recorded in Vialto's internal databases.
- Conduct all work within established time standards.
- Assist in billing process.
Qualifications
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with many sources of technology such as Google apps, MS Office (Excel, Word, Adobe), and database management systems.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate and manage expectations with engagement teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
