Our Team:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager of Program and Project Management to join our dynamic team! As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Program and Project Managers who are embedded into various squads within the organization. The key team objective is to help their squads achieve operational excellence by improving processes and cycle times to deliver more value to our customers faster. Typical work from those squads include from new product release, to experience optimizations or website problem triaging. As a lead for that team, your role includes supporting them in their professional development, overseeing improvements to the overall program, and working closely with senior stakeholders and peers throughout the organization to improve coordination and communication on projects and goals.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team of Program and Project Managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure successful execution of backlogs.
• Develop and implement program management policies, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define program and team member goals, objectives, and strategic plans.
• Identify, monitor, and track program performance metrics across squads.
• Conduct regular program reviews and assessments to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Enable experimentation culture within and across squads and ensure global rollout and sharing of successful experiments and learnings.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional leads involved in program delivery.
• Serve as a point of escalation for project issues and conflicts, and facilitate resolutions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, executives, and other relevant parties.
• Set quarterly goals for the team and enable team members to own them while supporting in reaching those goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in program management to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience and demonstrated success in program management, leading complex and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience in leading teams with embedded team members with a proven track record of team member growth.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Knowledge of processes involved to enable new products, generate copy and imagery on ecommerce websites.

Nice to Have:

• PMP certification or equivalent experience.
