For one of our top clients in the software development sector, we are looking for a Solution Account Manager.
Responsibilities
-Secure the renewal of contracts for the Digital Experience customer base in coordination with the larger Sales Team.
-Identify expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell & cross-sell) and drive those opportunities to closure.
-Lead the complete sales cycle for renewals and upsell opportunities in your account base.
-Handle a sales pipeline of renewals and new business, consistently delivering above-expectation results.
-Develop your expertise in one solution group, becoming a recognized authority and trusted advisor.
-Deliver online presentations and demonstrations, coordinating internal resources as needed.
-Share customer insights with the wider organization.
-Identify and assess renewal risks for customers.
-Assist with customer issues and support partner concerns as needed.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
-Supervise non-renewal, pending, and lost renewals, including reasons for cancellation for analysis.
-Support evolving sales processes aimed at improving renewal efficiency.
-Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity at all times.
-Supervise and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant feedback.
Requirements
-Confirmed experience in Field Sales.
-A master’s degree in Sales/Business and a track record of successful business-to-business sales experience.
-Mastery of end-to-end sales cycle management from prospecting to closing.
-Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, identify decision makers, and build long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
-Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and results-oriented.
-Ability to build a pipeline through upselling and cross-selling to the customer base.
-High ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
-Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business.
-Professional proficiency in English, Dutch and French
