SEO Specialist
Join Amoreo Europe as our In-House SEO Specialist (Remote – Europe/Africa)

Salary: €20,000–€30,000 + bonuses (based on experience)
Full-time position – offered as either employment or freelance contract
Location: Fully Remote (Europe/Africa encouraged)
Experience: 2+ years as a SEO Manager or similar roles

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and lead SEO strategies to execution for adult e-commerce brands.
• Execute hands-on content creation and optimization that drives traffic and revenue.
• Conduct keyword research, improve metadata, optimize site architecture, and internal linking.
• Manage and improve technical SEO across websites and languages.
• Run regular SEO health checks and implementing fixes.
• Build a sustainable off-page strategy through high-quality backlinking.
• Spot and create content opportunities with high organic potential.
• Monitor performance, report insights, and iterate fast.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes and best practices.
• Be the go-to expert for all things SEO across our brand portfolio.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone curious, results-driven, and engaged. You’ll thrive here if you’re both a strategist and a doer.

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce or product-led companies.
• Proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic.
• Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of AI search optimization and modern SEO trends.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, other languages is a plus.
• Independent, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Bonus: experience working across multiple languages or markets.
