To succeed in this Sales Development Director Spain role, you must have in-depth management experience and a strong network in direct selling/ referral marketing industry. You will be responsible for the achievement of the markets sales targets as well as the day-to-day operations in the market with a clear focus on developing the business through the member and leader network.
Essential Skills
Sales growth focused, with an understanding of the critical key performance indicators, and required field behaviours, resulting in consistent achievement of sales targets and related objectives
Numerically literate and able to comprehensively review weekly and monthly analytics of sales, recruiting and retention to understand where the opportunities are and propose actions to ensure overall business development
A very hands-on individual with a deep level of commitment to drive positive changes and achieve the company's goals with a strong emphasis on culture and team and field engagement
Be a strong inspirational communicator and be able to drive passion and belief within the sales force.
Sales Development responsibilities in the market include:
Lead, motivate, and guide the Field team to meet or exceed sales targets, including new customers, new members, activity, and retention
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the growth of Beyond Beauty Club
Manage the performance and development of the local Beyond Beauty Club team reporting directly to you
Provide training and development using our academy to members and leaders to introduce, onboard, and train new members allowing them to effectively introduce customers to grow revenue
Provide and manage recognition programs to ensure a highly motivated and aspirational Field team
Cultivate relationships with key Field Leaders to promote team growth and retention, as well as providing personal support and mentoring where required
Identify customer and members needs as well as high growth areas / trends to target local sales and marketing programs
Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations, and ensuring protection of the company’s reputation at all times
Develop brand recognition to help support the growth of the business, through recruitment and retention programs building a strong customer base with loyalty and productivity of members
Liaise with concierge to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of member queries and investigations
Intermediary between the Global Team and subsidiary, members, customers, and support team
Provide support to the global team where applicable on new initiatives
Key Skills
Understanding of the local area, language and market involved (Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory)
Ability to develop lasting relationships with the field and internally, superb ability in executing and overseeing execution of strategies, projects and programs
Must be a brand ambassador and country representative and comfortable in public speaking
Able to influence, motivate and develop key members and leaders
Financially astute and able to manage budgets
Strong acumen in direct selling/ referral marketing industry and compensation plans
Impeccable integrity and value system
Strong emphasis on setting the culture in the market with a high level of emotional intelligence
Experience in Event and Teambuilding Strategies
Experience in organizing local convention
Strong Social media skills and knowledge of online platforms able to promote and develop the business
