MAIN FUNCTIONS
Implementing Quality Procedures and Instructions
Develop and update procedures as needed to enhance quality processes.
Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding and compliance with procedures.
- Establishing Quality Control Plans
- Develop current quality control plans and adjust them as necessary.
- Monitor adherence to quality control plans through regular inspections and audits.
- Defining Quality Tracking Procedures and KPIs
- Design, implement and monitor specific KPIs related to product quality and process efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Developing Employees and Leaders
- Collaborate and contribute in the development of the Quality and continuous improvement culture
- Participating in Change Management Processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess quality impacts of proposed changes.
- Driving Manufacturing Projects and Opportunities
- Lead Core Tools activities
- Identify improvement opportunities for quality enhancement and process optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Over 5 years of work experience in high-volume assembly/production.
- Experience and knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, SPC, MSA.
- Experience and knowledge of quality requirements and standards in the automotive industry (IATF 16949).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
