Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.

Lead the team of Project Managers responsible for project execution, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ensure consistency of realized projects with the designs received from the Design Team.

Guarantee correct handover of information to the MO Team in charge of operations.

Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues during the project lifecycle.

Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.

Track and monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, advising on deviations, and planning corrective actions.

Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Foster a collaborative, positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Recommended Profile
  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role managing complex projects.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with water treatment and wastewater technologies, including design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Synthesis and pragmatic approach, with an agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
Context / Environment
  • Report functionally to the Central Engineering Manager within the Sustainable Growth Organization.
  • Coordinate activities of Project Managers dedicated to executing SGS/TWM solutions, reporting to the jobholder.
  • Ensure proper workload distribution and periodic communication of project performance internally and externally.
  • Monitor team performance, highlighting needs and risks to senior management.
  • This position is home-based in Spain.
  • Familiarity with water treatment and/or wastewater technologies and plant operation & maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, etc.) and project management tools (MS Projects or similar) is required.
  • Awareness of safety, environmental legislation in Europe, and CE certification requirements.
