Revenue Growth Objective: Your mission is to double the revenue share attributed to our “PXL” e-learning programs compared to our “PXS” product line from 20% to 40%.
You report directly to the VP Marketing
1. Define and Communicate Strategic Market Positioning:
Conduct Market Research: Understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends through deep market analysis and refine marketing tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Develop Product Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling messaging that clearly differentiates the product in the competitive landscape.
Plan and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the planning and execution of effective go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
Develop International Market Strategies: Tailor marketing strategies to fit international markets, including localization and adaptation to regional nuances and regulations.
Develop Partnerships Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for collaborating with partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to enhance brand and market reach.
2. Create Content and Foster Product Advocacy:
Develop Irresistible Offers: Design compelling and attractive promotions and packages that effectively incentivize purchase, enhance customer value, and distinctly position our products in the marketplace.
Craft High-Quality Marketing Materials: Produce engaging marketing materials such as case studies, product sheets, white papers, and blog posts to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Gather and Apply Customer Insights: Collect and integrate customer feedback into product development and marketing strategies to better meet market demands.
Map and Enhance the Customer Journey: Delve deep into customer journey mapping to tailor marketing efforts and enhance user experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Foster Community Engagement: Cultivate a vibrant community around the product by fostering open dialogue, responding to feedback, and nurturing strong relationships with users and advocates to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
3. Drive Leadership and Enhance Team Collaboration:
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative environment by facilitating open communication and joint initiatives between marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and achieve shared objectives.
Manage Resource Allocation: Oversee the distribution of resources, including budget, tools, and people, to maximize productivity and efficiency across marketing projects and campaigns.
Develop Team Skills: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions or workshops to enhance the competencies of the marketing team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
At least 3 yrs of experience as a Product Marketing Manager. Even better if it was in the E-learning industry.
A fascination with understanding consumer motivations, purchasing behaviors, and decision-making processes.
Strong skills in project management and strategic planning to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Skills in forming and managing partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
