Our company is a fast-growing cyber intelligence provider originally based in Madrid with a strong international approach. The company brings together a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced working environment, collaborating in the fight to incorporate real metrics and generate actionable intelligence from unstructured information on the internet. We are looking for 1 passionate, enthusiastic, and skilled Product Manager to be part of product family teams and work closely with key stakeholders to define and manage the product vision and roadmap.
The Product team designs, implements, and operates products in the areas of OSINT, COMINT, and Defense (Cyber Resilience) in its constant evolution with the progressive integration of new solutions. Reporting to the Area Product Directors, this is a high-impact position where you will help create and drive the product strategy. Coming from a technical background, you will be responsible for building products that allow our customers to identify key actionable data within their specific needs, enabling them to anticipate key decision-making and optimize the value of their data and operations. You will collaborate with engineering to deliver products that are reliable, scalable, and perform in high-demanding situations in both security/defense and marketing applications.
The Role
• Be the pivot between technology, engineering and development, sales, customer success, and support.
• Demonstrate leadership on behalf of the product by defining, developing, communicating, and executing the product strategy and vision, roadmap, and performance metrics, alongside key stakeholders.
• Guide the product towards exceeding commercial goals with the translation of business requirements to create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with case studies and user stories to allow interface designers and engineers to provide the optimal technologies and solutions.
• Undertake interviews to get requirements from customers and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow the product potential.
• Ensure successful product releases and a prioritized product backlog.
• Manage and address regulatory expectations/requirements of ongoing data protection, compliance, and quality assurance to harmonize with industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the UX/Design throughout the product lifecycle to test and validate designs, prototypes, MPVs, and final products ensuring consistency, reliability, efficiency, and progress.
• Create frameworks & processes that elevate the whole product team.
• Understand requirements and features for risk-based testing to recommend test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate and drive the review and timely delivery of collateral materials related to product and technology offerings during and after tenders, sales transactions, and service contract renewals (e.g., informational material, demos, and white papers describing security features, product patching, product lifecycle, software updates, and vulnerability disclosures).
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and emerging trends, market, and technology offerings.
• Maintain expert familiarity with security standards and operational best practices, as well as trends in technological advancement (e.g., containerization, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, SaaS, predictive data analytics) and provide solutions for further integration with other existing platforms in the company.
Requirements
• Experience:
o 3+ years in Product Management areas in the IT industry (including experience in information systems compliance management design, implementation, and/or integration).
o Degree in Engineering (related to IT disciplines), or equivalent post-secondary experience.
o Full understanding of the architecture and tech components behind a product, with a technical degree or relevant technical background.
o A clear track record of working with UX, Design, and Engineering to build great data products.
o Valued knowledge in the areas of remote access technology data analytics and AI.
o An understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
o Knowledgeable of service-oriented architecture (SOA); cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS); network infrastructure and web services; DevOps (CI/CD); Distributed Crawling Architecture.
o Fluent in English and Spanish.
