We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Gaming Product Team in IGT Barcelona - hybrid way of work.

The overall responsibility is to deliver best-in-class casino games, working from strategy definition to market operation in an agile environment.

As a Product Manager you will provide product expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.

What will you do:

• Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and feature definition for the Spanish and International markets.
• Market & User research plus monitor product penetration and performance key metrics.
• Write technical documents for Compliance and Regulators.
• Product launch Support for the Marketing and Sales teams
• Manage product deployment and settings in target jurisdictions.
• Regular reporting of status and communication to main stakeholders.
• Become a point of contact for design, development, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
• Come up with ideas for business and product improvements.

About you:

• At least 2 years of Product Management experience.
• Eager to learn how to own, drive and manage the product strategy and roadmap.
• Experience working closely with analyst, design & development teams.
• Ability to effectively balance the needs of technology, business, and user experience.
• Technical background and Creative approach.
• Skills to communicate clearly and directly with team members and management (English and Spanish).
• Ability to work collaborative across business areas, caring about the people.
