FUNCTIONS
People Services: Drive operational performance of the People Services team ensuring a high level of quality and compliance in processes and procedures to achieve an excellent performance standard. Share insights and learnings to ensure the team has full visibility of how the People Services team delivers against business requirements. Ensure standardised HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way in all applications, monitoring escalations and identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements within agreed timelines. Responsible to keep documentation, processes and knowledgebase up to date managing controls to ensure appropriate compliance Review and manage the status & volumes of daily workload. Ensure effective management of resource is in place for peak times to ensure business demands are met and ensure that those carrying out the tasks know what is expected of them Encourages sharing of ideas and radical collaboration with specialist teams (e.g. COE’s, business facing HR, finance, legal, tech etc) to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations. Responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring lean and operationally excellent processes together with the global process team.Payroll: Oversee the end to end payroll processing activities driving all the activities related with payroll and finance. Manages process deliverables timely and accurately; ensuring error free execution of activities and adhering to all regulatory requirements. Sets priorities and plan for projects to ensure payroll operational targets are met Initiates and drives continuous process improvements Supports regional and global HR and Finance teams including periodical reporting and data supervision, as well as guidance on best practice and system training Leads the development of all payroll related projects including creating, testing and delivering reports and tools Acts as the point of contact for all levels of the organisation Resolves and highlights issues and risks to payroll operations delivery Reviews and manages relevant payroll vendor relationships and termsWe are looking for a graduate with a high level of English and with at least five years of experience in a similar position in a multinational or service provision company
