A leading company is seeking a Media Specialist to drive innovative paid media strategies across Spain. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in FMCG media planning and buying, with a strong grasp of digital and traditional media landscapes. You'll manage significant media budgets and bring creative ideas to life, ensuring brand engagement and relevance. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, alongside strong project management skills.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the Media Specialist plays a key role in shaping and executing RedBull's paid media strategies across all channels in Spain. This role ensures the brand reaches its audiences effectively and innovatively, driving awareness, relevance, and engagement in line with business priorities.

Responsibilities

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Main Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying within FMCG, with experience in Media Agency strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape in Spain.
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience with media analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in agency and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with large media budgets and investment strategies.
  • Fluency in media tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Travel 0-10%
