About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and drivenMarketing & Growth Manager to join our growing consulting company specializing in advanced technology solutions. This mid-seniority role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across departments and with key partners to create impactful marketing strategies that directly support revenue generation.
As a marketing generalist, you will balance creativity with execution, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You will report to our Commercial Director and work closely with the CEO. You’ll also work closely with industry-leading partners like Google to drive joint business initiatives. What you'll Do
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and support business development efforts.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure marketing activities directly contribute to revenue generation.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with key partners, such as Google, to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives that drive business growth.
- Brand Building: Elevate the company’s brand through storytelling, consistent messaging, and creative campaigns.
- Event Management: Organize and execute both virtual and physical events, such as webinars, conferences, and meetups, to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies.
- Stay Curious: Continuously seek out new marketing trends and techniques to drive innovation and improvement.
Your profile
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting industries.
- Self-Starter Attitude: We are looking for someone who is proactive, can work independently, and is comfortable being an intrapreneur
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team efforts that support revenue generation.
- Marketing Expertise: A generalist background with skills in content creation, design, event management, social media and thought leadership.
- Partner Management: Experience collaborating with external partners to develop co-marketing campaigns and initiatives is highly desirable.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort working in industries related to data, analytics, or AI is a strong plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages
- English: Native or C2 level (Required)
- French and/or Spanish: Advantageous
