Your Impact
As a Lead Technical Consultant in IT Process Automation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing technology strategies, and providing expert technical guidance. Your primary tasks will include developing and implementing IT Service Management strategies that align with client business objectives, analyzing client requirements to provide tailored solutions, and leading the technical implementation of large-scale IT Process Automation projects. Additionally, you will oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions to reduce infrastructure costs and enhance system performance.
Your role will involve conducting detailed system analysis and integration to ensure seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies. You will provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to improve user adoption rates, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT process automation or a related field, with proven experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
Product Experience: At least 2 years of experience in large-scale implementations of IT Service Management solutions such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation, and others.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
