Currently we're seeking an International HR Consultant to join us in vibrant Barcelona.

Responsibilities in Headhunting:

  • Orchestrating Search Processes: Expertly identify target companies, employ direct search methodologies, and utilize cutting-edge Headhunting 2.0 techniques.
  • Crafting Comprehensive Profiles: Skillfully develop and refine profiles that resonate with the ideal candidates, ensuring a perfect match.
  • Dynamic Headhunting Documents: Take the lead in creating and updating essential Headhunting documents, encompassing target lists, long lists, short lists, and beyond.
  • Energizing Recruitment Channels: Drive candidate engagement by strategically activating recruitment sources such as targeted job posts in prominent Business Schools and on LinkedIn.
  • Navigating Personal Interviews: Conduct insightful and effective personal interviews with potential candidates, uncovering their true potential.
  • Tailored Headhunting Reports: Develop comprehensive Headhunting reports, blending evaluation tools and personal interview insights to provide a holistic view.
  • Seamless Candidate Presentation: Showcase candidates with finesse, presenting them in a manner that highlights their strengths to clients.
  • Elevating References: Skillfully request and compile references, creating thorough reference reports to aid decision-making.
  • Nurturing Candidate Adaptation: Oversee the transition process, ensuring candidates integrate seamlessly into their new roles.
  • Continuous Client and Candidate Interaction: Maintain an ongoing feedback loop, keeping clients and candidates informed and engaged.
  • Spotlight on Digital Profiling: Specialize in Headhunting for Digital profiles, including roles like Digital Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Manager, and Head of Digital. Your expertise in this arena will be invaluable in sourcing the best talent for the digital landscape.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in HR function within companies or HR consultancies
  • Being familiar with working in an international and fast-paced environment
