Role Purpose:
- This role is accountable for the HR function within the cluster, including assisting the management team of the cluster in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
- This role is also accountable for supporting the Partner HR in the Industrial & Employee relations across the cluster.
Responsibilities:
- Assist line management in the Cluster Workforce planning by helping identify recruitment needs and appropriate recruitment strategies.
- Organize and execute onboarding for all new employees and contingent workers (all levels) starting within the Cluster.
- At the employment, organize exit interviews and proper offboarding in all systems.
- Manage the relationships with the employment agencies providing temporary resources within the cluster.
- Time & Attendance/Leave & Absence Management.
- Organize an exit interview with the appropriate person as per the Sibelco termination process.
- Act as primary contact for the people managers in the cluster on HR-related matters, provide guidance to the appropriate policies, procedures or HR colleagues.
- Accountable for maintaining country policies and procedures on the HR self-service portal up to date; including the country employee handbook.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, master's degree preferred for larger and complex cluster or in a related field, or equivalent by experience.
- Prior experience in an HR generalist role.
- English– proficient verbal & writing.
- Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing.
- Other languages are an asset.
