Job Description
Provide strategic leadership for the sales teams.
Design and implement comprehensive training and development programmes.
Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all training materials.
Develop and manage the training budget.
Monitor and report on key training and development metrics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Training & Development should have:
A strong educational background.
Proven experience in a similar senior training and development role focused on the development of large sales departments.
Strong background related to the insurance space and industry, having acquired a relevant track record creating processes from scratch.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of IA and digitalization platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
