Job Description

• Provide strategic leadership for the sales teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all training materials.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Training & Development should have:

• A strong educational background.
• Proven experience in a similar senior training and development role focused on the development of large sales departments.
• Strong background related to the insurance space and industry, having acquired a relevant track record creating processes from scratch.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IA and digitalization platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
