Financial Economist (Oil&Gas)

We are seeking a Settlements and Financial Reporting Specialist to join company dedicated to the exploration, production, transportation, and commercialization of hydrocarbons, especially oil and natural gas.

Responsibilities:

A. Settlements:

• Support the process of settling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with banks to ensure proper execution of settlements.

B. Reporting:

• Assist in collecting and organizing data for internal and regulatory reporting purposes.
• Learn to use relevant software and tools for data collection and analysis.
• Prepare regulatory reports for the CNMC, Bank of Spain, and other necessary bodies.

Financial Markets (Currency and Exchange Rate):

Participate in speculating on currency value disparities and conducting research on financial markets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in banking communications and regulatory reporting preparation.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and foreign exchange operations.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
