Export Sales Manager

From Robert Walters, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager to join an international company in the chemical industry. The company produces and distributes commodities and specialties for industries like personal care and fragrances.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, as an Export Sales Manager, you will:

• Account management (MEA) of current and potential customers.
• Search, acquisition, and follow-up of new customers in strategic sectors.
• Support the Sales Director and report on the business plan's progress.
• Analyze the income statement by customer or product, suggesting improvements.
• Propose new business opportunities for growth and profitability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• More than 5 years of experience in export sales within the chemical industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plus.

Benefits:

• Salary package of 65.000 € + 15% + other benefits.
• Hybrid work format.
