Enterprise Architect

Join Nespresso's Digital and Tech Enterprise Architecture team! We manage the Enterprise and Solution Architecture for Nespresso’s global application landscape, supporting all markets and HQ functions.

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic Digital and Technical community. The Enterprise Architect balances technological opportunities with business requirements and maintains a holistic view of the organisation’s strategy, processes, information, and IT assets. The role ensures the overall Enterprise Architecture and IT landscape are optimized to maximize business value while guaranteeing agility and speed to grow and innovate.

• Creates and manages governing principles to guide EA decision making.
• Leads identification and analysis of key industry and technology trends.
• Builds the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT architecture.
• Supports the IT strategy and planning process.
• Integrates business and IT strategy into enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Documents the Enterprise Architecture artifacts inside the EA selected tool.

• Develops relationships with other enterprise leaders to understand current and emerging business needs.
• Prepares and delivers comprehensive communications to convey architectural direction.
• Works with IT colleagues to ensure they have the appropriate information and knowledge.
• Promotes the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap.
• Circulates and explains roadmaps to align partners and IT priorities.
• Supports the design of the criteria for supplier evaluation and selection.
• Influences strategic IT vendors to align with Nespresso's requirements.

• Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts.
• Analyzes the current IT environment and recommends solutions for improvement.
• Collaborates on IT workforce management.
• Provides scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.
• Manages an agile review mechanism to evaluate product group proposals.
• Analyzes technology industry and market trends.

• Monitors key business performance indicators.
• Supports the design and modeling of tactical architectures.
• Oversees EA implementation and refinement activities.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience as Enterprise Architect.
• Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex IT solutions.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Experience in a global environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge in digital business and technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of middleware options, communications protocols, data gateways, and more.
• Knowledge of business and operating models, financial analysis, and more.
• Familiarity with various IT practices and frameworks.
• Exposure to emerging technologies and environments.
• Knowledge of IT strategic planning.

• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with DevOps.
