Industrial multinacional company is looking for an Energy Business Manager to lead the development and management of renewable energy solutions and energy metering devices, driving business growth and market expansion in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies for renewable energy solutions, focused on big industrial clients in Europe.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Innovate and launch new renewable energy products and services.
Build strategic partnerships and distribution channels.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Maintain key customer relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in Energy business management, strategic planning, or sales leadership in renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics.
Senior leadership experience in a renewable energy company.
Technical background or certifications in renewable energy.
Knowledge of energy markets, financing, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with diverse stakeholders in policy and innovation.
