The Director of People Analytics and Planning will lead the development of HARMAN's People analytics team and drive innovative solutions to deliver timely insights to the business. They will be responsible for developing the strategy for people data, strategic workforce planning, and supporting organizational effectiveness efforts across the company. This includes playing a hands-on role in developing data tools and performing advanced analysis and research that provides thought-provoking insights to the business. The leader will manage the development, growth, and engagement of the People Analytics team and build a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout HARMAN. This role is critical in supporting our business and HR strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders and building a deep understanding of our HARMAN businesses.
Your Team
The Director of People Intelligence and Planning will report into the VP, HR Transformation & Organizational Strategy. This position will have 3 direct reports and 4-6 matrix reports.
