Miravia is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist:

Located in Madrid, we work with teams from all over the world to build the e-commerce platforms of tomorrow.

You will be based in Madrid and collaborate with distributed teams across the globe, working on the most advanced e-commerce in existence today and tomorrow.

Key responsibilities:

● Understand Spanish market E-commerce platform local player of buyer reverse(including return, refund etc process)experience and design related operation flow

● Cooperate with customer service team and related partners to design reverse customer service flow to improve buyer reverse experience and solve buyer escalations

● Buyer reverse policy rules design and setup to well delivery platform reverse buyer experience flow

● Work with Product development and tech team to launch system functionality as service operation required

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree or above,1-2 years of work experience in reverse field with E-commerce platform experience, fully understand buyer reverse experience flow

● Understand Spanish E-commerce market,customer-centric mindset, has the desire to push for changes which create impact and value for the organization

● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. results driven-focus on operations, deliverable and able to work under pressure

● Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and relatively unstructured environment

● Fluent in Spanish and English(with Italian prefered)

● Base in Madrid
