To manage Treasury to optimize cash, securing short-term financial capabilities and effectively managing financial risks to mitigate exposures in alignment with corporate guidelines.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Secure financial capabilities with a focus on working capital facilities.
Identify local Financial Risks (e.g. FX, interest rates or commodities) and coordinate hedging activities with Corporate Treasury.
Manage relationships and negotiations with domestic banks.
Prepare and oversee short-term treasury forecasts with a focus on cash optimization.
Provide the treasury-reporting package in due time.
Regulatory follow-up and compliance (Banking, J-SOX, etc.).
Review and streamline processes and procedures. Be an active part in new ERP and TMS implementation.
Manage and develop a team of 4.
Laise with other Ficosa subsidiaries for relevant topics as needed.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
Languages:
Experience: Minimum 4 or 5 years in treasury departments. Microsoft Excel expert user. Knowledge of treasury applications would be of additional value, probably Kyriba.
