We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated Business Consultant to join our team.

Mission:

The Business Consultant will have the primary responsibility for lead, encouraging, coordinating, and performing one of our Business Development Key projects.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and has exceptional communication and quantitative skills, as well as internal and external relationship management building abilities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure we maximize the cross-selling benefits with our partners and monitor the results.
• Regularly monitor and report on the progress of Key performance goals established to track the success.
• Ensure and extend the process and tools defined.
• Proactively make adjustments and/or redesign to ensure alignment with the objectives.
• Be a collaborative and inclusive team player, capable of working effectively with individuals at other areas of the organization and partnerships.
• Project management of the implementation of business development projects.

Experience and skills:

• 2 + years in consulting firm or software company.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build consensus across multiple areas, internal and external and to work independently.
• Ability to organise/prioritise work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities as well as attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work.
• Project management and analytic skills.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel.
• Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• English both writing and speaking fluent.
